I am a Real Estate Agent and I am happy to engage Eric in March 2024 on his service and his advise on the toilet ceiling leakage at Oleander Tower. He is very knowledgeable and has changed the aircon piping which was concealed in the toilet ceiling that caused a leakage. Owner was very satisfied with his services and his price was reasonable. He has also rectified the leakage in the masterbedroom toilet bathtub that caused water stain on the wall. The wall was beautifully and nicely sealed with oil sealant and painted up.. In October 2024, second time I engaged Eric to change the water heater for the same unit at Oleander Tower. The water heater was concealed in the ceiling of the masterbedroom toilet. The job was perfectly done and the ceiling was painted up with reasonable price. I am glad thst i have engaged Eric and strongly recommend him for his professional service in concealed leakage repair, plumbing and etc. Attached the photos before and after service work.

I have a overturned tap, resulting in a leaking showerhead which I need to turn off the mains to stop the leakage. Eric was fast to respond when I Whatsapp the number.
